Conecuh County (southeastern), Covington County, Crenshaw County (south central), Escambia County (eastern) in Alabama; Escambia County (central), Okaloosa County, Santa Rosa County (central) in Florida. Some locations include Crestview, Andalusia, Milton, Opp, Florala, Baker, Molino, River Falls, Red Level, Laurel Hill, Lockhart, Dozier, Heath, Gantt, Roeville, Point Baker, Wing, Good Hope, Falco and Escambia Farms.

Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 3 to 5 inches are possible. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly. Hazard: Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.
