Northeastern Elbert County in east central Colorado; Southeastern Adams County in northeastern Colorado; Central Arapahoe and Eastern Arapahoe County in northeastern Colorado. Specific locations include Deer Trail, Agate, Cottonwood Valley, Byers and Strasburg. Streams and drainages: Little Comanche Creek, Cottonwood Creek, Hay Gulch, West Bijou Creek, Wolf Creek, East Bijou Creek, First Creek, Comanche Creek, Muddy Creek, Middle Bijou Creek, Rattlesnake Creek, Badger Creek, Key Creek, Wilson Creek, Beaver Creek, Middlemist Creek and Agate Creek.

Expected Conditions
Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between 1.5 and 2.5 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are possible. Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, gulches, roads, and poor drainage and low-lying areas is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.
