Affected Areas
Acadia Parish, Lafayette Parish, St. Landry Parish, and St. Martin Parish in Louisiana. Specific areas include southeastern St. Landry Parish, northeastern Lafayette Parish, northwestern St. Martin Parish, and northeastern Acadia Parish. Locations that will experience flash flooding include Opelousas, Rayne, Carencro, Church Point, Krotz Springs, Leonville, Arnaudville, Melville, Sunset, Port Barre, Grand Coteau, Cankton, and Mire.
