Alert Details
The National Weather Service in Lake Charles has issued a Flash Flood Warning for parts of south central and southwestern Louisiana. The alert is effective from 7:15 PM CDT on May 10, 2026, until 9:15 PM CDT on May 10, 2026.
Affected Areas
The warning covers northwestern Lafayette Parish in south central Louisiana and central Acadia Parish in southwestern Louisiana. Specific locations that may experience flash flooding include Crowley, Rayne, Mermentau, Duson, Morse, Mire, Ridge, Egan, Estherwood, and Midland.
