The warning covers Barbour, Braxton, Calhoun, Gilmer, Harrison, Lewis, Randolph, Roane, Taylor, and Upshur counties in West Virginia. Specific locations that may experience flash flooding include Buckhannon, Weston, Philippi, Glenville, Grantsville, Audra State Park, Belington, Stonewall Jackson, Jackson Mill, Cedar Creek State Park, Arnoldsburg, Burnsville, Lost Creek, Jane Lew, Sand Fork, Montrose, Camden, Horner, Sand Run, and Alum Bridge.
