Northeastern St. Tammany Parish and southeastern Washington Parish in southeastern Louisiana; Hancock County and southern Pearl River County in southern Mississippi. Specific locations include Bogalusa, Picayune, Diamondhead, Sun, Mcneil, Stennis Space Center, Crossroads, Bush and Kiln.
What You Should Do
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles. Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the dangers of flooding. Be aware of your surroundings and do not drive on flooded roads.

Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain. Between 1 and 2.5 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are possible. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.
