Southern Fillmore County in southeastern Minnesota. Some locations that will experience flash flooding include Preston, Spring Valley, Harmony, Mabel, Canton, Highland, Cherry Grove, Bristol, Newburg, Amherst, York, Carimona, Ostrander, Hutton, Granger, Forestville State Park, Greenleafton and Henrytown.
