Flash Flood Warning issued by NWS Louisville KY. Effective from 2026-06-21T21:28:00-04:00 until 2026-06-22T00:30:00-04:00. Severity: Severe. Urgency: Immediate. Certainty: Likely.
Affected Areas
Orange County in south central Indiana and Washington County in south central Indiana. Locations that will experience flash flooding include Salem, Paoli, Orleans, French Lick, New Pekin, Stampers Creek, Orangeville, Campbellsburg, West Baden Springs and Hardinsburg.

Expected Conditions
At 9:28 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are possible. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly. Hazard: Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms. Impact: Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor drainage and low-lying areas.
