Northwestern Green County in central Kentucky, northeastern Hart County in central Kentucky, northwestern Taylor County in central Kentucky. Some locations that will experience flash flooding include Bloyd, Allendale, Lobb, Wards, Hudgins, Hibernia, Coakley, Powder Mill, Mac and Pike View.

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles. Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the dangers of flooding. Be aware of your surroundings and do not drive on flooded roads.

Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between 1.5 and 2.5 inches of rain have fallen.
