Affected Areas
Northwestern Dona Ana County in south central New Mexico, including mainly rural areas, Rinconcito, Peaceful Valley, Highway 185, and the Mesilla Valley south of Rincon and north of Radium Springs.

Expected Conditions
Thunderstorms moving into the area will bring flash flooding. A half inch of rain is expected in the next 30 minutes, with renewed flooding on area arroyos and low water crossings due to saturated conditions.
