Flash Flood Warning issued by NWS State College PA. Effective from September 17 at 9:16 PM EDT until September 18 at 12:15 AM EDT.

Northeastern Somerset County in south central Pennsylvania, including Windber, Boswell, Davidsville, Central City, Jerome, Tire Hill, Ogletown, Jennerstown, Hooversville and Benson.
