Affected Areas
Northeastern Glasscock County in western Texas and Howard County in western Texas. Some locations that will experience flash flooding include Big Spring, Coahoma, Forsan, Sand Springs, Luther, Lomax, Big Spring Country Club, Big Spring McMahon-Wrinkle Airpark, Elbow, Knott, Vealmoor and Vincent.
