Affected Areas
North Central Pima County and Pinal County in southeastern Arizona. Specific locations include Marana, Sells, Eloy, Avra Valley, Kearny, Dudleyville, Santa Rosa, Picacho, San Isidro, Picacho Peak State Park, Pinal Airpark, Picture Rocks, Red Rock, Cactus Forest, Covered Wells, Anegam, Gu Oidak, Palo Verde Stand, Ak Chin and Queens Well. Highways affected include Route 79 (mile markers 95-128), Route 86 (89-112), Route 87 (116-124), Route 77 (122-134), Route 177 (139-158), and Interstate 10 (205-242).

Expected Conditions
Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain. Up to 1.5 inches of rain have fallen with additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches possible. Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets, underpasses, and other poor drainage and low-lying areas is ongoing or expected shortly.
