Affected Areas
West Central Kane County in southern Utah and East Central Washington County in southwestern Utah. Specific locations include Zion National Park, Springdale, Keyhole Canyon, Spry Canyon, Parunuweap Canyon, the Narrows, Orderville Canyon, and the North and East Forks of the Virgin River.
