Affected Areas
Northeastern Harrison County in northern West Virginia and northwestern Taylor County in northern West Virginia. Specific locations include Shinnston and Enterprise. This includes Interstate 79 between mile markers 127 and 129, and the following streams and drainages: Beards Run, Plummer Run, Thomas Fork, Smith Run, West Fork River, Mudlick Run and Tenmile Creek.
