Southwestern Franklin County and eastern Ripley County in southeastern Indiana. Locations that may experience flash flooding include Batesville, Milan, Oldenburg, Lake Santee, Sunman, Metamora, Interstate 74 at State Route 101, Huntersville, Penntown, Peppertown, Hamburg, Buena Vista and Friendship.
