Specific locations include Des Moines, West Des Moines, Ankeny, Urbandale, Johnston, Clive, Altoona, Pleasant Hill, Grimes, Windsor Heights, Carlisle, Bondurant, Polk City, Saylorville, Mitchellville, Adventureland Amusement Park, Iowa State Fairgrounds and Prairie Meadows. Affected highways include Interstate 80 between mile markers 121 and 149; Interstate 235 near mile marker 1 and between mile markers 10 and 14 and between mile markers 2 and 9; Interstate 35 between mile markers 100 and 102 and between mile markers 68 and 99.
