Southeastern Crawford County in south central Indiana, Harrison County in south central Indiana, and central Meade County in central Kentucky. Specific locations include Corydon, Brandenburg, Carefree Town, Muldraugh, Lanesville, Leavenworth, Elizabeth, Crandall, New Middletown, and Mauckport.
