Flash Flood Warning issued by NWS Cleveland OH. Effective from August 8 at 8:38 PM EDT until August 9 at 12:30 AM EDT. Severity: Severe. Urgency: Immediate. Certainty: Likely.
Affected Areas
Northeastern Crawford County and southeastern Erie County in northwestern Pennsylvania. Specific locations include Edinboro, Cambridge Springs, Canadohta Lake, Lincolnville, Riceville, Mill Village and Spartansburg.

Expected Conditions
At 8:38 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between 1.5 and 2.5 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1.5 inches are possible. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly. Hazard: Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms. Impact: Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor drainage and low-lying areas.
