The National Weather Service in Charleston WV has issued a Flash Flood Warning. The alert is effective from September 11 at 12:32 AM EDT until September 11 at 4:30 AM EDT.
Affected Areas
The warning covers Northeastern Braxton County, Central Gilmer County, Northwestern Upshur County, and Lewis County in north central and northern West Virginia. Specific locations include Buckhannon, Weston, Stonewall Jackson, Cedar Creek State Park, Burnsville, Sand Fork, Sand Run, Camden, Walkersville, Alum Bridge, Horner, Linn, Stouts Mills, Lorentz, French Creek, Cedarville, and Normantown.
