Southeastern Roanoke County in west central Virginia. Specific locations include Roanoke Mountain, Clearbrook and Cave Spring. Streams and drainages: Murray Run, Roanoke River, North Fork Gills Creek, Gum Spring Branch, Maggodee Creek, White Oak Creek and Back Creek.
