Affected Areas
Central Armstrong County in west central Pennsylvania, Clarion County in west central Pennsylvania, and Forest County in northwestern Pennsylvania. Some locations that will experience flash flooding include Clarion, Marienville, Knox, Rimersburg, New Bethlehem, Sligo, Strattanville, Limestone, Shippenville, Callensburg, Fisher, Leeper, Fryburg, Kellettville, Cook Forest State Park, Clarington, Distant and Templeton.
