What You Should Do

Schedule frequent rest breaks in shaded or air conditioned environments. Anyone overcome by heat should be moved to a cool and shaded location. Call 911 ASAP if exhibiting signs of heat stroke. Limit time outdoors during the hottest time of the day, typically from 2 to 7 PM, rest in the shade when possible, and drink plenty of water.
