Northeastern Cochise County in southeastern Arizona, including Willcox, Bowie, Dragoon, Chiricahua National Monument, Pearce-Sunsites, Cochise, Sunizona, Kansas Settlement, and San Simon. Impacted highways include Route 181 between mile markers 39 and 64, Route 191 between mile markers 27 and 91, Interstate 10 between mile markers 322 and 390, and Route 186 between mile markers 327 and 359.
