A Dust Storm Warning has been issued by the National Weather Service El Paso Tx/Santa Teresa NM. The alert is effective from August 3, 2026 at 5:10 PM MDT until August 3, 2026 at 6:00 PM MDT.
Affected Areas
West central Hidalgo County in southwestern New Mexico, including Lordsburg, Steins, Cotton City, Road Forks, Lordsburg Playa, Granite Gap, Pyramid Mountains, and Shakespeare. The warning covers Interstate 10 in New Mexico between mile markers 1 and 33.
