The highest water levels are likely with the Saturday morning and possibly Sunday morning high tides. * WHERE...Richmond (Staten Island) County. * WHEN...During the times of high tide until 6 PM EDT Sunday. * IMPACTS...Minor to locally moderate flooding is expected in the most vulnerable locations near the waterfront and shoreline. Expect around 1 to 2 feet of inundation above ground level in low lying, vulnerable areas. Some roads and low lying property including parking lots, parks, lawns and homes/businesses with basements near the waterfront will experience shallow flooding. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Another round of minor to moderate coastal flooding is possible for the Sunday morning high tide cycle.
