* WHAT...Southwest winds 50 to 70 mph with gusts up to 90 mph possible. * WHERE...Shemya and Attu Islands. * WHEN...From Wednesday morning through Thursday morning. * IMPACTS...High winds could move loose debris, damage property, and cause power outages. Travel could be difficult. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Ex-Typhoon Choi-Wan moves into the Bering, bringing strong gusty southwest winds to the Shemya region from Wednesday morning to Thursday morning. The strongest wind gusts of up to 90 mph are expected Wednesday afternoon with winds gradually decreasing through Thursday morning.
