High end potential of 60-70 mph gusts, especially in higher terrain. * WHERE...Portions of north central, northeast, and northwest Alabama and southern middle Tennessee. * WHEN...From Saturday morning through Sunday morning. * IMPACTS...Damaging winds could blow down trees and power lines. Widespread power outages are possible. Travel could be difficult, especially for high profile vehicles.
