The notice as issued

* WHAT...South winds 40 to 60 mph with gusts up to 80 mph possible. * WHERE...Atka and Adak. * WHEN...From Wednesday afternoon through late Wednesday night. * IMPACTS...High winds could move loose debris, damage property, and cause power outages. Travel could be difficult. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Ex-Typhoon Choi-Wan moves into the Bering, bringing strong gusty southerly winds to the Adak and Atka region from Wednesday afternoon to early Thursday morning. The strongest wind gusts of up to 80 mph are expected late Wednesday evening with winds gradually decreasing through Thursday morning.
