* WHAT...West winds 50 to 60 mph with gusts up to 75 mph. * WHERE...Shemya * WHEN...From 4 PM Wednesday to 4 AM AKDT Thursday. * IMPACTS...High winds could move loose debris, damage property, and cause power outages. Travel could be difficult. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Strong, gusty westerly winds will increase across Shemya Wednesday afternoon, with the strongest winds expected Wednesday afternoon into early Thursday morning. Winds will gradually diminish Thursday morning.
