* WHAT...For the Small Craft Advisory, west winds 20 to 25 kt with occasional gusts up to 40 kt and seas 9 to 11 feet expected. For the Gale Watch, southwest winds 25 to 30 kt with frequent gusts up to 45 kt and seas 12 to 15 feet possible. * WHERE...Guam Coastal Waters and Rota Coastal Waters. * WHEN...For the Small Craft Advisory, until 5 AM ChST Friday. For the Gale Watch, from late tonight through Saturday afternoon. * IMPACTS...Strong winds can cause hazardous seas which could capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Combined seas will rapidly increase today with 10 to 12 ft forecasted tonight, peaking to 15 ft over the weekend. West to southwest winds will be fresh to strong with frequent gusts up to gale-force possible.
