For the Gale Warning, south winds 20 to 25 knots with gusts up to 35 knots and waves 5 to 8 feet expected. * WHERE...Whitehall to Manistee. * WHEN...For the Small Craft Advisory, until 2 PM EDT this afternoon. For the Gale Warning, from 2 PM this afternoon to 11 PM EDT this evening. * IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous waves which could capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.
