The notice as issued

* WHAT...Southwest winds 25 to 35 kt with frequent gusts up to 45 kt and seas 14 to 18 feet. * WHERE...Tinian and Saipan Coastal Waters. * WHEN...Until 4 PM ChST Sunday. * IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous seas which could capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...As Typhoon Choi-wan (26W) moves north- northeast and away from the islands, a strong monsoon surge will continue across the area. Strong to near-gale force winds with frequent gale-force gusts will continue over Tinian and Saipan coastal waters, with sustained gale-force winds likely to be felt over northern coastal waters for the rest of tonight. This Gale Warning is being issued to replace the Tropical Storm Warning, which is no longer in effect.
