For the Gale Warning, from 8 AM this morning to 11 PM EDT this evening. * IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous waves which could capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Waterspouts will be possible late this afternoon into this evening.
