For the Small Craft Advisory, south winds 20 to 30 kt with gusts up to 45 kt and seas 9 to 14 ft expected. * WHERE...Dixon Entrance to Cape Decision out to 15 NM. * WHEN...For the first Small Craft Advisory, until 7 PM AKDT this evening. For the Gale Warning, from 7 PM this evening to 1 AM AKDT Sunday. For the second Small Craft Advisory, from 1 AM to 4 PM AKDT Sunday. * IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous seas which could capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.
