For the Gale Warning, east winds 30 to 40 kt with gusts up to 50 kt and seas 13 to 18 ft expected. For the second Small Craft Advisory, southeast winds 15 to 25 kt with gusts up to 45 kt and seas 14 to 19 ft expected. * WHERE...Cape Spencer to Cape Fairweather out to 15 NM. * WHEN...For the first Small Craft Advisory, until 4 PM AKDT this afternoon. For the Gale Warning, from 4 PM this afternoon to 1 AM AKDT Sunday. For the second Small Craft Advisory, from 1 AM to 6 PM AKDT Sunday. * IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous seas which could capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.
