For the Small Craft Advisory, southeast winds 15 to 25 kt with gusts up to 45 kt and seas 14 to 19 ft expected. * WHERE...Cape Spencer to Cape Fairweather out to 15 NM. * WHEN...For the first Small Craft Advisory, until 4 PM AKDT this afternoon. For the Gale Warning, until 1 AM AKDT Sunday. For the second Small Craft Advisory, from 1 AM to 6 PM AKDT Sunday. * IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous seas which could capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.
