For the Small Craft Advisory, southeast winds 15 to 25 kt with gusts up to 40 kt and seas 11 to 16 ft expected. * WHERE...Cape Fairweather to Icy Cape out to 15 NM. * WHEN...For the first Small Craft Advisory, until 6 PM AKDT this evening. For the Gale Warning, from 6 PM this evening to 1 AM AKDT Sunday. For the second Small Craft Advisory, from 1 AM to 6 PM AKDT Sunday. * IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous seas which could capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.
