For the Small Craft Advisory, south winds 20 to 30 kt with gusts up to 45 kt and seas 9 to 14 ft expected. * WHERE...Cape Edgecumbe to Cape Spencer out to 15 NM. * WHEN...For the first Small Craft Advisory, until 6 PM AKDT this evening. For the Gale Warning, from 6 PM to 10 PM AKDT this evening. For the second Small Craft Advisory, from 10 PM this evening to 6 PM AKDT Sunday. * IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous seas which could capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.
