* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible. * WHERE...Portions of southeast Louisiana, including the following parishes, Central Jefferson, Central Plaquemines, Central St. Charles, Central Tangipahoa, Coastal Jefferson, Eastern Orleans, Lower Plaquemines, Lower St. Bernard, Lower St. Charles, Lower Tangipahoa, Northern St. Tammany, Northern Tangipahoa, Southeast St. Tammany, Southwestern St. Tammany, St. John The Baptist, Upper Jefferson, Upper Plaquemines, Upper St. Bernard, Upper St. Charles, Washington and Western Orleans and southern Mississippi, including the following counties, Pearl River, Pike and Walthall. * WHEN...Through this evening. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Multiple rounds of showers and thunderstorms producing locally heavy rainfall are expected through this evening. Additional rainfall amounts of 3 to 5 inches with locally higher amounts are possible in the watch area through midnight Sunday evening. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
