* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible. * WHERE...Saipan and Tinian. * WHEN...From 10 PM ChST this evening through late Sunday night. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Tropical Storm Choi-wan (26W) is passing somewhat north of Tinian and Saipan. Choi-wan will drag a monsoon inflow band across Tinian and Saipan, resulting in 4 to 8 inches of rain for Tinian and Saipan. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
