* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible. * WHERE...Portions of Illinois, including the following areas, Bureau, Henry IL, Mercer, Putnam, Rock Island and Whiteside and east central Iowa, including the following area, Scott. * WHEN...Until 1 AM CDT Friday. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. Low-water crossings may be flooded. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Additional rainfall between 0.5 to 1.5 inches is possible. The cumulative effects of this rainfall in recent days will result in rises along area rivers, along with the potential for areal flooding.
