In east central Kansas, Chase. In south central Kansas, Butler, Harper, Harvey, Kingman, Reno, Sedgwick and Sumner. In southeast Kansas, Greenwood. * WHEN...Through this evening. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and storms producing heavy rainfall will continue to develop south and east across the area through this evening.
