* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible. * WHERE...Portions of the Florida Panhandle, including the following areas, Central Walton, Coastal Gulf, Holmes, Coastal Bay, Inland Bay, Inland Gulf, North Walton, South Walton and Washington. * WHEN...From 11 AM EDT /10 AM CDT/ this morning through Monday morning. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Multiple rounds of heavy rainfall are expected Saturday afternoon through at least early Monday morning. Additional rainfall amounts of 3 to 6 inches of rain are expected with locally higher amounts of up to 10 inches possible.
