The notice as issued

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible. * WHERE...All of Central Alabama. * WHEN...From Friday evening through Sunday morning. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Heavy rainfall associated with Hurricane Isaias will move into the area Friday night, and may last as long as early Sunday morning. Rainfall amounts of 2 to 4 inches with locally higher amounts up to 5 inches will result in the potential for flash flooding, especially in urban and other poor drainage areas.
