* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible as showers and thunderstorms spread across South Texas. * WHERE...A portion of south Texas, including the following areas, Bee, Duval, Inland Kleberg, Inland Nueces, Inland San Patricio, Jim Wells, La Salle, Live Oak, McMullen and Webb. * WHEN...Through Friday evening. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
