* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible. * WHERE...A portion of south Texas, including the following counties, Goliad and Victoria. * WHEN...Through Friday evening. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible. Rainfall totals of 2-6 inches with isolated totals up to 10 inches can be expected within the watch area. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
