The notice as issued
* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible. * WHERE...A portion of east central Kansas, including the following counties, Anderson, Coffey, Douglas, Franklin, Lyon and Osage. * WHEN...Through late tonight. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Low-water crossings may be flooded. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - One more round of rain is expected today. Widespread additional totals of 0.5 to 1.5 inches are expected, with isolated totals of around 3 inches. Coupled with the 1 to 4 inches of rain that has fallen over the past 36 hours, flooding is possible.
