* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible. * WHERE...Portions of northeast Kansas, including the following county, Doniphan and northwest Missouri, including the following counties, Andrew and Holt. * WHEN...Until 1 AM CDT Friday. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Low-water crossings may be flooded. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Several areas in the watch have received over 2 inches of rainfall today. Another 1 to 2 inches of rainfall is possible, with pockets above 3 inches possible. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
