* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible. * WHERE...Portions of northeast Kansas, including the following area, Doniphan and Missouri, including the following areas, Andrew, Atchison MO, Gentry, Harrison, Holt, Nodaway and Worth. * WHEN...Through late tonight. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Low-water crossings may be flooded. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Two to four inches has already fallen in the watch area with an additional half inch to inch and a half forecast. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
